In the Year of Preschool Education, the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology at Adyghe State University hosted a series of master classes led by distinguished regional educators. Today's session featured Elena Titorenko, Head of Kindergarten No. 52 "Golden Key" and Chair of the "Educator of the Year in Adygea" club, whose inspiring presentation encouraged many to reconsider their professional paths.

"To become a leader is not merely a title, but a responsibility driven by passion for the work," she began, addressing the topic of professional development.

Elena Evgenievna candidly shared her journey from recent graduate to leader. Audience members posed insightful questions: "Isn't that intimidating?" and "How do you find common ground with everyone?" Her honest responses elicited laughter and nods of agreement throughout the room. The key takeaway was clear: a successful leader is not a dictator but a source of inspiration for their team.

Irina Reznikova, an educational psychologist, delivered a dynamic and somewhat mystical presentation on the use of MAC (Metaphorical Associative Cards) in working with children, parents, and educators. She demonstrated how this powerful tool can uncover unspoken thoughts and feelings through visual images.

In kindergarten settings, MAC serves various purposes:

• For children, it functions as a playful activity that alleviates stress and anxiety.

• For diagnostics, it reveals internal conflicts that traditional tests may not detect.

• To enhance speech and empathy, children create stories with the cards—an approach more engaging than routine exercises.

When Irina Petrovna showcased the "Umbrellas" and "Family Set" cards and facilitated an activity, many participants expressed enthusiasm: "I want to implement this in practice!"

Participants noted that the master class was not merely an observational experience but an interactive one—marked by discussion, sharing insights, and applying techniques. It demonstrated that pedagogy and psychology in 2026 will emphasize creativity and human connection. Attendees expressed gratitude to the speakers for dispelling fears of "What if it doesn't work?" and for equipping them with practical tools for future application.
