Bio

Daud Kazbekovich Mamiy was born in Maykop., July, 15, 1965

He graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1987. His specialty is “Mathematics”. He completed MSU post-graduate studies on the specialty “Differential equations “ in 1990. In 1991 he defended his PhD thesis.

Daud Mamiy is well-known for his system of working with gifted children in the Republic of Adygheya and beyond it. He has been using the most effective search-and-support system for gifted children for twenty years.

The key element is the state-funded budgetary organization of supplementary education in the Republic of Adygheya"The Republican Science and Mathematics School" (RSMS). And he is the school Director since its the foundation. Today RSMS is a leading educational center working with students with pronounced abilities in the fields of Mathematics, IT and Natural Sciences within the South of Russia.

• Ushinsky Medal of the Russian Ministry of Education;
• Public Education Honored Worker of the Republic of Adygheya;
• • Daud Mamiy was awarded the highest award of the Republic of Adygheya, the medal “The Glory of Adygheya” (2017).
