For her significant contributions to the development of national culture and art, as well as her years of fruitful work, Associate Professor Asiet Baste from the Institute of Arts at Adyghe State University was honored with the medal "For Work in Culture and Art." She graduated from the Adyghe State Pedagogical Institute in 1980 and has been employed at the university since that year. Asiet Kirmizovna teaches courses such as "Choral Conducting," "Choral Class," and "Choral Practice." Additionally, she is the creator and director of the renowned Adygea folklore ensemble "Ashchemez" and the vocal ensemble "Nebzyi."
During the ceremony, Murat Kumpilov recalled the words of the head of state: "Every citizen of Russia contributes to the preservation of their homeland through their work and achievements in science, culture, and education, as well as in the economy, industry, and military. These contributions create a secure and stable development for the nation in both the near and distant historical perspectives." He expressed gratitude to the representatives of various professions and fields present at the event, highlighting how their successes and achievements strengthen the foundation for the continued development of Adygea and all of Russia.
