This partnership aims to facilitate training and the development of personnel specializing in education, youth policy, and educational initiatives.
-Adyghe State University boasts effective practices in additional education for children and the organization of mathematics teaching in schools. We currently offer specialized courses for teachers in physics, computer science, and the humanities. Given ASU's experience in hosting the Caucasian Mathematical Olympiad, as well as our collaboration with Sirius and the implementation of various joint projects, we stand to benefit from one another. Mashuk focuses on training those who educate, and I am confident that our program offerings will soon include innovative educational initiatives that provide a fresh perspective on mathematics,- remarked Anton Serikov, General Director of the Mashuk Knowledge Center and Deputy General Director of the Russian Knowledge Society.
Adyghe State University actively collaborates with the Mashuk Knowledge Center in the areas of youth policy and education. In 2024, the rector of the university, Daud Mamiy, delivered a lecture titled "University: A Space of Opportunities" at the XV Mashuk Youth Forum in Pyatigorsk. This large-scale event featured the "Team" track and brought together over 100 representatives of the Movement of the First from 40 regions across Russia.
-I am pleased that higher education instructors, in collaboration with the Mashuk Knowledge Center, will have the opportunity to exchange advanced educational methods and practices. Together, they can develop joint projects aimed at enhancing youth policy and improving the quality of education for teachers at Adyghe State University,- emphasized Daud Mamiy, the Rector of Adyghe State University.
Other areas of collaboration between the Mashuk Knowledge Center and Adyghe State University include supporting the initiatives of young teachers, attracting emerging specialists from the region to participate in federal projects for educators and mentors, and fostering social mobility.
The Mashuk Knowledge Center is a collaborative educational project of the Russian Knowledge Society and Rosmolodezh. It serves as an all-Russian hub for training educational and managerial personnel in the fields of education, youth policy, and educational work. Established in August 2022, Mashuk is one of three youth centers of federal significance, alongside the Senezh Management Workshop of the Russia — Land of Opportunities platform in the Moscow Region and the University of Creative Industries in the Tavrida art cluster in Crimea. Primarily, Mashuk focuses on the retraining of teachers and lecturers, who are essential transmitters of knowledge, values, ideologies, and meanings that exist within our country. "Teach those who teach" is both the central task and the guiding motto of the Mashuk Knowledge Center.
