From May 11 to 15, a delegation from Adyghe State University participated in the educational and tourism project "Native Harbor," organized by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science in collaboration with the Crimean Metropolitanate. The event was held at the New Chersonesos Museum and Temple Complex in Sevastopol.
The delegation comprised 14 students actively engaged in the university’s extracurricular and social activities. The group was accompanied by Amina Khagur, a specialist from the ASU Youth Policy Department.
The program aimed to cultivate a worldview among young people grounded in traditional spiritual and moral values, provide historical education, and promote youth tourism. Activities included excursions to historical sites in Sevastopol, meetings with clergy, worldview lectures, and creative evenings.
"The 'Home Harbor' program enabled our delegation not only to delve into the rich history of the hero city but also to strengthen their sense of connection to the nation's heritage. This trip enriched us with new knowledge and left us with vivid, unforgettable experiences," shared Amina Khagur.
