Adyghe State University Student Office Implements Reduced Schedule for the Upcoming Week

From January 29 to February 3, the Adyghe State University Student Services Office will operate on a reduced schedule, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please note that on January 30, the office will close earlier, at 2:00 PM, to accommodate technical work involving test reports conducted after regular hours.

We kindly ask you to consider these schedule adjustments when planning your visits. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

As a reminder, the Student Services Office is a subdivision of the ASU Department of Educational Policy, similar to the Multifunctional Center (MFC). Currently, students can contact the office to:

• obtain a certificate from the dean's office about the student's studies.

• obtain a summons.

• obtain a certificate of study for a foreign student.

• obtain information on scholarship payments;

• obtain information about academic performance and current outstanding credits for tests and exams.

• certify with a seal copies of the license to carry out educational activities and the certificate of state accreditation.

• Obtain a login and password for your student's personal account on the ASU portal.

Specialists will also always be happy to advise you on where to turn with questions not related to the activities of the Student Office.
