The International Children's Center "Artek" has joined the consortium "University Mathematical and Digital Ecosystem of Southern Russia." The agreement to join the consortium, initiated by Adyghe State University, was signed by ASU Rector and Chairman of the Consortium Council, Daud Mamiy, and Konstantin Fedorenko, Director of the Artek International Children's Center.
Established in November 2021 as part of the Priority 2030 program, the University Mathematical and Digital Ecosystem of Southern Russia consortium unites ASU, MIPT, NTU Sirius, the Orlyonok All-Russian Children's Center, and Yandex.
The consortium aims to develop mathematics education across southern Russia, encompassing various aspects of the discipline. Its activities focus on creating a unified scientific and educational environment dedicated to advancing applied mathematics, information technology, and mathematics education. The primary goal is to train teachers in general and supplementary education who are proficient in the latest tools and artificial intelligence methods applicable to the educational process.
