Student Culture Centre

Culture Centre consolidates all kinds of amateur art activities where most of the talented youth from all the faculties are engaged. Almost all university events are held with the help of this centre: "First-year students day", "Concert-presentation for first-year students", "Young talents", "Festival of national cultures", "New Year's Eve", "May 9th", "Alumni evening", and many others.

The most popular among the youth is the student festival "ASU Spring", which is regularly held at ASU since 2006 The festival brought together not only the students of our university, but also other educational institutions of the city and republic. In 2009 the "ASU Spring" was included in the program "All-Russian Student Spring" where every year the winners and prize-winners represent our university
and the republic, repeatedly winning prizes.

The second area of the Cultural Center's activities is the work of creative groups: 

• Folk Dance Ensemble "Nart" (director - honoured worker of culture K.A.Shaguch)
• Vocal-instrumental studio (supervised by assistant professor of Chair of Musical and Choreographic Art A.R. Chinazirova)
• Сontemporary dance studio "UniRise" (head - Bulyga Anastasia)
