VIII All-Russian Olympiad in Tourism and Hotel Services

The Adyghe State University invites students, magistrates and students of 7-11 grades of Russian educational institutions to participate in VIII All-Russian Olympiad (with international participation) in tourism and hotel services. The Olympiad will be held on February 17to June 20.

The Olympiad will be held in the following fields and nominations such as “Service”, “Tourism”, “Hospitality”, “Management in the tourist and hotel industry”, “Recreation and sports tourism”, “Trade”, “Food industry”, “Event industry”, “Geography”, “Social studies”, “History”, “Museums and cultural heritage”, “Providing sightseeing services”.  

Participation is free of charge!

The Olympiad participants will have to register electronically by February 17 before 23:00 on the link https://edutourlab.ru/

ATTENTION: The winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad of 2025, who continue their studies in educational institutions, are allowed to participate in the Olympiad, bypassing Qualifying stage.

Re-registration is not required for registered participants of the previous years (2024-2025). You need to update your data in your personal account  https://edutourlab.ru/ and the testing portal! Information about you and your supervisor should be identical! The place of study must be fully specified.

Step-by step instructions for registration:

Step 1. Registration on the website https://edutourlab.ru/

You are to fill in all the sections in your personal account. Remember your username and password!

Step 2. Go to the “my events” (upper-right corner of your personal account). Click the link to go to the testing platform. Fill in the information about yourself and your supervisor (if available).

Step 3. The participant can choose the nomination and the level on the Olympiad days.

The tasks of Qualifying stage are solved by levels and according to the schedule:

·         February 18–students (7-11 grades);

·         February 19 – students of secondary vocational education;

·         February 20 –Bachelor’s degree in higher education;

·         February 18 – Master’s degree in higher education;

·         February 24 — reserve day.

The time for completing test tasks is 45 minutes. Access to testing is open from 00:00 to 24:00 (Moscow time).

Test assignments checking is from February 25 to 26. февраля. The preliminary results of the Olympiad qualifying stage will be published on the official website on the Internet on February 26.

The final results of Qualifying stage will be published via the link Олимпиада on March 3.

Participants who score 50 points or higher are allowed to enter the Olympiad Final stage.

The Olympiad Final stage will be held face-to-face (with the use of remote technologies in the video conferencing mode).

The Olympiad is included in the List, which means that the winners and prize-winners can receive additional points upon admission to the state educational institutions (“Order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation dated 31.08.2025 № 639 of the 2025/26 academic year”, number in the list – 6.28. p. 28).

The Olympiad organizers are the Foundation for Development and Popularization of Professions in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry and more than 100 educational institutions from 73 Russian Federation regions, including the Adyghe State University.

The strategic Olympiad’s partner in the nomination “Geography” is the “Russian Geographical Society”.

The information partners are RUSSIAN CONGRESS, the Russian Union of the Tourism Industry, the National Union of Hospitality Industry, the “Russian Geographical Society”, Scientific and Educational Consortium “Sustainable tourism” and P. Lumumba People’s Friendship University of Russia and more than 70 organizations from state authorities and public associates of the Russian Federation regions.
