Kickoff Event for the "Healthy Youth – Healthy Family" Project at ASU: Join the First Meeting

The "Adygea – Territory of Health" project team is proud to launch a new socially impactful initiative: "Healthy Youth – Healthy Family." Its primary aim is to foster students' conscious attitudes toward mental, physical, and social health as the foundation for their future families. Additionally, the project seeks to develop essential skills in emotional maturity, effective communication, and respect for boundaries—key components of healthy family relationships.
As part of this initiative, we warmly invite everyone to participate in our first practical seminar. This event provides an opportunity to cultivate a conscious approach to personal health, test your knowledge of a healthy lifestyle, and develop lasting healthy habits.
The first meeting will take place on April 14 at 2:45 PM in the coworking space of the ASU Science and Innovation Park.
Pre-registration is required by calling +79182352404 (Anisat Anchokova).
