Student teams from Adyg State University and the Denau Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy (Uzbekistan) at a project session looked for ways to develop eco-consciousness
The sessions were led by teachers from ASU, DIPP and the Sirius Education Centre. Such new forms of interaction are held to strengthen international cooperation between the partner universities.
Two webinars were held on project activities in the field of environmental education in Russia and Uzbekistan. One was an introductory one. The second was a project session on interaction between student teams in the framework of the federal project SIRIUS. SUMMER: START YOUR OWN PROJECT".
- Student teams of the direction "Primary education" discussed actual for today ways and means of creation of eco-consciousness - involvement of schoolchildren, infographics tools and possibilities of VK Mini Apps platform, - said Lyubov Burkova, the lecturer of Eurogroup on academic mobility programme, associate professor of Natural and Mathematical disciplines and methods of their teaching in preschool and primary education, faculty of pedagogy and psychology at ASU.
She is now at DIPP on an academic exchange programme.
The 'Sirius.Summer: Start your own project' programme has been running since May 2020. It helps pupils to find a task for project work in the next academic year during the summer, related to current, modern problems in science, technology, and business. School students work under the guidance of mentors from students at regional universities. For the students, the project provides an opportunity to gain practical experience as a mentor and to acquire project management skills. It is also a way of establishing oneself in front of potential employers and finding a job.
