International Caucasian Mathematical Olympiad: Celebrating Global Math Talent in Adygea
The IX Caucasian Mathematical Olympiad, a prestigious international event, recently concluded in Adygea, Russia. Over 163 schoolchildren from Russia and 13 foreign countries participated in the competition held from March 11th to 16th.
Kurnik and classic pancakes won the competition for the best pancake at ASU
Traditional Maslenitsa festivities were held at the Adyghe State University and its integral part was the competition for the best pancake. The participants prepared 15 varieties of pancakes: from the classic ones with sour cream and jam to African pancakes.
Adyghe State University Hosts the IX Caucasian Mathematical Olympiad
From March 11 to 16, the IX International Caucasian Mathematical Olympiad (CMO) is set to take place at Adyghe State University. Over 160 schoolchildren from 13 countries - Abkhazia, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, the Dominican Republic, Kazakhstan, Peru, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Thailand, Uzbekistan, South Ossetia, and 18 regions of Russia - will be participating in the event.
